From Vernal we drove straight north until we reached Medicine Lodge Campgrounds in Wyoming to meet up with the rest of the Coombs family. We didn't have enough time for a tour of the dam, but we did get out and walk around.
And along the drive up through Wyoming we passed through storm after storm, which was a taste of what we were going to have our first night in the campgrounds!
