some more practice

pace tells me he likes drawing "squiggly letters".  when we are practicing letters, i try and describe how to write them related with things he knows.  for the letter "c", i tell him it's a half moon.  i love how he drew his "c" like a half moon, hanging crookedly in the starry sky.  i also love how he draws his "e's", like tall telephone polls with lots and lots of cross lines, not just the three the "e" has.

here we are on sunday, doing our "passport activity".  with 1pm church, there's no reason to get out of pjs until after naps and into church clothes, right?!  when we get a new friend in the mail, we use the time before church to do the "passport pages" and glue his sticker into his passport.  david and pace looked up victoria falls after reading the zimbabwe article.  max played rumble tumble.
