with cold weather outside we're keeping busy inside with lots of projects, activity boxes, and abc's and 123's. here we're doing numbers 1-10, and building the number train.
we were experimenting mixing colors for a while, and then i decided to draw some dotted-line drawings, and see if pace could trace the lines and guess what he was painting. he guessed "house" pretty quick!
we love the activity boxes from uncle jon erik! we made a cow paper bag puppet and a play dough leg creature...
another favorite: window markers. so much fun to play dictionary while drawing on the window. on this particular day, i even got pace to write his name! we wrote it together first, me holding his hand and writing the letters, and then he wrote all by himself next to it!
