the first thing we do is check out a super cool park we just found out about! this thing was huge--made out of wood, lots of turrets, castles, peek-a-boo windows, exploring maze tunnels, bouncy bridges, and more! pace is sooooooo fast! he says, "hey mama! c'mon!" and before i can turn around, he's gone--zoom! keeping up with this indefatigable kid is pretty...fatiguable...

some pretty cool beehives. max called these "haves" (caves), and loved peeking in and out.
