pumpkin and pistachio risotto and caprese salad. i think i was supposed to have been italian... the pumpkins came from our garden last year. they've been hanging out in the garage all winter, so it was nice to find a recipe that used whole pumpkin instead of pureed. although i may still use the last pumpkin to steam and make a fresh pumpkin pie!

I think you should start a food blog, with pictures and recipes and everything!! Everything sounds sooo good.

These are great-looking meals!

And on a couple of them I could actually burn in my special House Brand...

Which looks AWFULLY GOOD on steaks too.
