last saturday we had a grilling dinner with the elders' quorum from church...and yes, we brought veggie burgers. it was david's first-ever veggie burger, and it was a success! i wish i had a photo.
sunday was leftover day: wild rice and lentils with sauteed veggies, cauliflower pasta, and a beautiful mango from the co-op.
